What makes Asian garden pots different from any others? It is the temperatures and length of time at which they are kiln-fired!
It is the temperatures and length of time at which they are kiln-fired! All of our pots – Chinese Rustic, Vietnamese, and Chinese Modern – are fired at temperatures near or in excess of 2000 degrees Fahrenheit. This makes them incredibly dense, preventing moisture absorption which is what causes other pots to crack during cold weather. And the effect of these extreme temperatures on the glaze makes them look especially beautiful in your landscape – for many years to come.
